Cookie Policy
Last modified: 16 April 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how November Five BV uses cookies and similar technologies on www.novemberfive.co. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Clause 1 — Definitions
November Five: November Five BV, a Belgian company with registered office at Scheldestraat 11, 2000 Antwerp, Belgium, reachable at hello@novemberfive.co.
Website: www.novemberfive.co and any subdomains operated by November Five.
User / you: any natural person visiting or using the Website.
Cookies: small text files or similar technologies (including scripts, web beacons, pixel tags and local storage) that are placed on or read from your device when you visit the Website.
Clause 2 — About cookies
Cookies are small files stored on the device (computer, tablet, smartphone) you use to access the Website. They allow the server that placed them to recognise your browser on subsequent visits and to collect limited information about how you interact with the Website.
A server can only read cookies it has placed itself. It has no access to other files on your device. Cookies make it possible to offer personalised services, remember your preferences, measure Website performance, and, where applicable, deliver relevant advertising.
In this policy, "cookies" also refers to comparable technologies such as scripts, web beacons, pixel tags, social plug-ins and browser storage (local storage, session storage) used for the same purposes.
Clause 3 — Types of cookies
By origin
First-party cookies are placed directly by November Five via the Website. Third-party cookies are placed by external parties whose services we integrate on the Website (for example analytics providers, video platforms or social networks). Third-party cookies are governed by the privacy and cookie policies of those parties.
By lifetime
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a predefined period or until you delete them.
By function
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Website to function properly (for example load balancing, security, storing your cookie choices). They are placed on the basis of our legitimate interest and do not require your consent.
Functional cookies support additional features and remember your preferences (for example language selection). Some functional cookies may require consent depending on the data they process.
Analytical cookies help us understand how visitors use the Website so we can measure and improve performance. These cookies are only placed with your consent.
Marketing cookies are used to build a profile of your interests and to show you relevant content or advertising on the Website or on third-party platforms. These cookies are only placed with your consent.
Clause 4 — Legal grounds
November Five processes personal data collected through cookies on the following legal grounds, as set out in the GDPR:
Legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for strictly necessary and, where permitted, functional cookies — specifically our interest in operating, securing and maintaining a reliable website.
Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 129 of the Belgian Electronic Communications Act) for analytical, marketing and other non-essential cookies. You can give, refuse or withdraw this consent at any time through the cookie banner or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website.
Clause 5 — Cookies used on this Website
The table below lists the cookies currently active on the Website. The list is reviewed periodically; the most up-to-date version is always available through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Name | Purpose | Provider | Type | Duration | Category | Secure |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
snitcher_device_id | Identifies anonymous website visitors to enable B2B lead identification via Snitcher | Snitcher | Persistent | ~1 year | Analytics | Yes |
_cfuvid | Cloudflare rate-limiting cookie — manages connections from a single user to prevent abuse | Cloudflare | Session | Session | Functional | Yes |
_gcl_au | Google Ads conversion linker — measures ad effectiveness and conversion events | Persistent | ~90 days | Marketing | No | |
_fbp | Facebook Pixel — tracks visits to enable Meta/Facebook advertising and retargeting | Meta (Facebook) | Persistent | ~90 days | Marketing | No |
ph_phc_…_posthog | PostHog analytics — stores anonymous device ID, session data, and referral source for product analytics | PostHog (1st party) | Persistent | ~1 year | Analytics | Yes |
Durations are derived from expiration timestamps in the cookie data. Session cookies expire when the browser is closed. The PostHog cookie name is truncated — the full name contains the project token.
Clause 6 — Your consent
When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner informs you about the cookies we use and lets you:
accept all cookies ("Allow all");
refuse all non-essential cookies ("Refuse all"); or
customise your choices per category ("Cookie settings").
Strictly necessary cookies are always placed because the Website cannot function without them. All other categories require your explicit, prior consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Clause 7 — Managing cookies through your browser
In addition to the cookie settings on the Website, you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Instructions are available on the support pages of the major browsers:
Google Chrome: support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647

Please note that disabling cookies may limit the functionality of the Website and impair your user experience.
Clause 8 — Data transfers
Some of the third-party cookie providers listed above (in particular Google, Meta and PostHog) may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers take place, November Five relies on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. More information is available in our Privacy Policy and in the respective providers' own policies.
Clause 9 — Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of personal data collected through cookies, and the right to data portability, in each case subject to the conditions set by the GDPR. You can exercise these rights by contacting hello@novemberfive.co. Please see our Privacy Policy for a full description of your rights and how to exercise them.
