You help us understand ingredients, where they come from and how to cook them. You know that local foods taste even better and you love cooking seasonally; the flavours are varied, delicious and more intense. Together with our chef, you buy, prepare and “sell” all that deliciousness like hot cakes.
While contemplating wholesome and healthy menus, you prepare the ingredients for breakfast and lunch. You wash, chop, peel, cut, dice, blanch, fillet, glaze, … whatever it takes to make our dishes taste heavenly. In close collaboration with our chef, you prepare and deliver a complete menu, 4 days out of 5, that delights all your colleagues. An excellent chef delivers well-prepared meals from scratch in a timely manner.
During cooking and after lunch, you maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. All those nutritious ingredients are stored properly; labeled and stocked attentively.
Additionally, we’d like you to provide administrative support when it comes to our edibles. You make sure we’re always stocked with high-quality, healthy food and drinks. You maintain our relationships with local producers and carefully selected vendors to fill our biggest glutton’s needs.
