You validate these problems and opportunities through thorough research and illustrate your insights with industry trend reports and identified potential disruptive forces in the client’s industry segment, as well as with lifecycles and journeys, representing users’ experiences.
You inspire and steer. You translate insights into concise recommendations, to support the further strategic and solution design process. Subsequently, you’ll guide our clients through the process of idea generation (and contribute to it yourself!), using creative facilitation techniques and taking the lead at strategic and solution ideation sessions.
You consolidate and create. You turn insights, recommendations and creative ideas into substantiated business cases and integrated solutions, illustrating the proposition, roadmap and touch-points of the future solution. During this process, you know how to align and prioritise, balancing key stakeholders’ business and technical requirements with the end-user’s actual demands and expectations.
