Product Strategy Manager

In tandem, you co-create a client’s product strategy.

Your Job

You have a holistic, pragmatic and collaborative mindset, and apply our purpose-driven methodology to each project. You are goal-oriented; successful delivery for our clients is a mantra we share.

In tandem with our Product Strategy Designer, you co-create the strategic foundation for our client’s products. By analysing the business goals and ambitions, you seamlessly align product value with customer expectations. Your energetic attitude helps you align all stakeholders to raise the bar and reach the project’s destination. Together, you outline the storyline of the strategic goals, you identify the required activities and you deliver the required materials (e.g. interview outlines, customer segmentations and customer journeys).

In addition, you master the planning of different projects, and continuously monitor the progress to keep each task on track. Daily stand-ups, weekly demos, co-creation sessions and regular retrospectives are all part of your arsenal. And you know how to stay on course when a project is heading south.

In short and throughout our projects, you strive for a client-centric approach: you listen, understand and engage in co-creation with our clients. You align internal & client stakeholders throughout the process - from project team to C-level executives. You manage and anticipate their expectations.

Your profile

  • You have experience in conducting interviews and running co-creation workshops.
  • You have a strong affinity with business, design and technology.
  • You can adapt and switch between several ongoing projects. You get the job done.
  • You bring harmony and structure, even when things don’t go as planned.
  • You have at least 4 years of proven experience in strategic projects as e.g. strategic planner, strategy analyst or digital planner in services organisations, marketing or management consultancy firms.
  • You have a winning mentality – you go the extra mile.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You have an outgoing, engaging personality.

Our offer

November Five is a place unlike any other: we work hard to find the perfect balance between culture, individual growth and reward.

You become part of a high-performing organisation and an enthusiastic team with a mindset to win! We do this by defining and following our own methodology, and working closely together with a variety of clients, such as Brussels Airport, RSCA, Attentia, Proximus & Telenet.

To grow as a team, we work within a dedicated squad setup. We actively challenge ourselves, and our team in order to improve our methodology and capabilities. In addition, lifelong learning is embedded in our organisation, we’re no strangers to conferences or talks, whether we’re attending or hosting one in our offices.

And as a final piece of the puzzle, we ensure that our remuneration blueprint can be tailored to your personal needs and efforts. We all enjoy flexible office hours and an equally flexible income plan. There are some cherries on top, including breakfast and fresh daily lunch, made by our own chefs, and an office space you’ll be happy to call home.

Technical Analyst
for Spencer

You challenge our clients and engineers on Spencer’s requirements, integration architecture, scalability/re-usability and risks, leaving no assumption unchallenged and no stone unturned.

Your Job

Towards our clients, you represent and demonstrate Spencer’s beautiful architectural brain. You know how it works, what neurons need juice and what blockers are holding back the perfect flow. You advise clients on how Spencer can be feasibly tailored to their organisation’s needs and provide feedback on the architectural design.

Your job starts with analysing and understanding our client’s business, infrastructure and tech stack to define an integration roadmap between their ecosystem and Spencer. Starting during the sales phase, all the way throughout the implementation of a project, you participate actively in workshops with different stakeholders.

From start to finish, you translate technical project details into a language that both very technical and non-technical participants can understand. You effortlessly describe the structure, characteristics, behaviour, and other aspects of software to all project stakeholders. Additionally, you know exactly what our clients need and thus what Spencer needs to offer them. You share your ideas on how to further evolve Spencer as a product.

By gathering all information from Spencer stakeholders, you create technical documentation and diagrams and identify the necessary specs. Keeping all functional and nonfunctional requirements in mind, you determine the technical design and our integration game plan with a variety of tech stacks at our clients. You ensure that the overall architecture is maintained coherently throughout the project lifecycle. Though, always keeping system integrations and the product specifications in mind.

As a strong believer in co-creation and teamwork, you naturally do all of this in close collaboration with our colleagues. To stay ahead, you dive into different technologies and new innovations – and you love doing so. You’re also constantly on the lookout to optimise and automate our processes. And of course, you share what you’ve learned and improved with your team members – and vice versa, you’ll always be learning from them!

Your profile

  • You have proven experience with system integrations and architectural design of digital products;
  • You’re a people person, just as much as a tech person. You can swap your tech hat for your client hat effortlessly;
  • You’re familiar with software architecture in large enterprises, their single sign-on and commonly used authentication protocols (OAUTH, OIDC, SAML);
  • You have a solid know-how in secure, reliable and efficient REST or SOAP API’s for the web;
  • You’re knowledge of networking, VPN’s and Azure is a plus;
  • You feel best in a fast-paced environment;
  • You have the mental flexibility to dive deep into details of the data to ensure quality, while still understanding the big picture;
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently, French is a plus.

Our offer

Because Spencer is a growing product, your work has a huge impact. Ideas and curiosity are expected and encouraged, as Spencer evolves with you. You essentially join a fast-paced environment, where one and all make the difference.

Spencer’s secret ingredient is amazingly skilled and motivated people – your teammates. You work closely together to improve Spencer’s functionalities and user-friendliness, while optimising for the best possible performance.

Apart from the chance to flex your muscles working on a great product, Spencer also offers some extra perks. His offer includes a close-knit, informal culture, flexible hours, a healthy breakfast and lunch thanks to our in-house chefs.
