Not your average digital enabler! We are an Antwerp-born and bred, privately owned and auto-funded company. Launched in 2008, we’ve spent the past nine years growing organically from 4 to 80 team members, from execution-only to working end-to-end, from digital solutions to digital ventures.

Leader of the pack. Driven by the challenges and opportunities in today’s converging industries and technology landscape. Primarily responsible for our overarching company purpose, destination and course; accelerating our special purpose ventures, and building engaging relationships with our partners, clients and friends.
Bitten by the design bug at a young age, Vincent heads our Experience Design team. Primarily responsible for translating strategy into tangible design concepts, defining convenient and intuitive user experiences and delivering “want-to-use” user interfaces.
The chief of our team of engineers. With development experience on about every platform out there, Thomas is on a constant quest to push the boundaries of our tech skills. He’s also in charge of guiding the development of our engineers, both on a personal and professional level.
By leading project operations, Nick knows all the ins and outs of every product we build. With a background in Industrial Engineering, hardware development and web development, Nick has an extensive knowledge of different technologies used by November Five. The most structured of the bunch, he makes sure all projects are managed and delivered with the highest level of quality.
As an experienced senior executive with a 20-year track record in corporate strategy and development, Vincent sets the long-term course of November Five. He has an extensive background in telco, media and technology through various executive roles at Telenet, Liberty Global and Deloitte. He designs and builds strategy with our dedicated teams and clients, leads large digital acceleration projects and develops the champions league cases and products that drive us forward.
Started as November Five’s first digital strategist, and organically shaped the foundation of our Strategy service line today. With an education in Product Development and a profound interest in everything related to process and methodology management, Nikki ensures our strategic projects are managed and delivered in the most efficient and effective way.
With his strong background in cloud computing and a PhD in Computer Science, Ruben knows his way around business after founding and selling his own startup. Strives for operational and technical efficiency, always in search of the next best tech thing – as long as it comes with a proven process. He ensures that the November Five machine runs smoothly, and oversees the day-to-day operations for Product Definition and Product Operations.
After building his expertise in advertising operations and the media industry in general at Netlog, he grew into a role in project and product management at November Five. Oversees product definition and the build service lines. Bruno has a profound interest in the changing media landscape of today and sees great value in guiding the existing players through the digital landscape.
Technology fanatic with a keen interest in networked applications. Stijn has 15 years of experience working as, with and for developers in various companies – from building airplanes to online advertising. Now rooted into November Five, he heads the architecture team and drives new technologies through the Engineering team.
With an education in organisational & industrial psychology, she keeps our HR & talent strategy as evidence-based as possible. Uses her practical experience as an HR generalist at a large logistics enterprises to create positive and motivating HR processes.
Responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from hiring teammates to guiding them and helping them perform optimally.
Member of the leadership team. Held operation, product and BD leading roles in startups and large businesses, and is now responsible for defining and executing November Five’s strategy across Sweden and the Nordic markets. Enabling new business opportunities, analysing challenges with a new lens and overcoming operational obstacles with the use of thought-through technology executions.
Digital “avant la lettre”, seasoned, international (Germany, Switzerland, France, South/Middle America, Central Europe) C-suite executive (AB Inbev, Microsoft, Proximus) with a passion for all things strategy and technology. He is strategic advisor to November Five, the projects and directly to customers to challenge their thinking and help them take a few steps beyond.
